Cool new mixed-use Developments happening in DFW

I don't have to tell you that DFW is constantly growing. You can get into your car and see it with your very own eyeballs while you sit in traffic.

If there's one reason the DFW market is amongst the strongest in the U.S. it's definitely the expansion of it.

We have two new projects in the works in Frisco, as well as the future Universal Studios park. Developments like these bring appreciation to the surrounding areas.

If you know anyone looking nearby, it's looking to be a really great investment if they're staying put for 3-5 years. Real estate isn't a short game, it's a long one!

PARKWAY DISTRICT

Located off 35 at Corinth Pkwy, Parkway District is new development that will include:

  • Over 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space

  • 275 multi-family apartment units

  • 16 townhomes

  • Select-service hotel - 135 rooms

  • Linear park that connects the entire project

THE MIX

The Mix is a 3 billion project located at the formerly known Wade Park.

They are calling it a “mixed-experience community" and that makes sense. It will include:

  • 9 acre park

  • 2 million square feet of office space

  • 375,000 square feet of retail

  • A grocery store

  • 2 hotels

  • 3 million square feet of residential

  • a medical office

Phase I is expected to be complete by 2026.

HALL PARK

HALL Park is already well under construction but let's break down this 7 billion dollar project:

  • 224 room Autograph Collection Hotel

  • 19 story luxury multi-family building (The Monarch)

  • Kaleidoscope Park

  • 10,000 sq ft eatery featuring 10 chef driven restaurants

  • The Tower - 16 story building with 380,000 thousand square feet of rentable office space and 10,000 additional feet of retail and restaurant space

  • 15 office buildings totaling 2.2 million square feet of office space

  • Performing Arts Center

  • Hundreds of modern works of art surrounding the 132 acre development

This doesn't cover half of what is happening across the metroplex! If it were me, I would definitely invest in buying close to Corinth or Frisco.

Guaranteed appreciation - especially longterm!
