Top Budget Friendly Neighborhoods in Lewisville

One of the main reasons Lewisville is so popular is that you can find budget friendly homes that help homeownership feel really attainable.

It’s also in a fantastic location right between Highland Village, Flower Mound and now Grandscape in The Colony. Literally anything you could possibly want is a 5-15 minute drive away.

Currently, the average price point is $420,000, which isn’t much less than the current DFW average. There are plenty of neighborhoods that you can buy into starting in the low $300s though!

Meadow lake

This neighborhood can range a little higher than the current Lewisville Median Sales Price, but the median is still running under at $379,000. Located off Brazos and Garden Ridge, this pocket is Highland Village’s next door neighbor. Close to two parks & Lake Lewisville.

Size: 3-5 bedrooms, ranging 1800-3100 sq ft.
Type of Home: 1980-1990 traditional architecture, mostly brick exteriors and single - two story.

Lewisville Valley

Personally my favorite, but I am biased because I live in Lewisville Valley.

Size: 3-4 bedrooms, ranging 1300-2800 sq ft.
Type of Home: 1974-1985 traditional architecture, mostly brick exteriors and single - two story. Some of this neighborhood was originally custom built, so you'll find a wide range of elevations.

Indian Oaks

Located in the more southern part of Lewisville, Indian Oaks is a neighborhood with a wide range of options. Starting around $340,000 to upwards of $480,000 the average Sales price is currently $395,000.

Type of Home: 1985-1992 traditional architecture, mostly brick exteriors and single - two story.
